elizabeth is COO of our canadian delivery centers. she oversees all aspects of our near-shore operations. core to elizabeth's role is the continuous monitoring of financial performance and productivity, human resource planning, and quality assurance. elizabeth brings 15 years experience in the research and customer care industry. she has been involved in each step of customer care installations. elizabeth also holds the position of vice president of field research at Corporate Research Associates Inc., where she is responsible for the overall direction and co-ordination of all the company's field services for market research projects.
